What you will do
- Own the implementation of visual assets and animations in Unity.
- Develop new features and maintain existing scripts or tools to streamline workflows and support art-tech integration.
- Contribute to the creation and modification of high-performance shaders, particle effects, materials.
- Support performance optimizations by monitoring and refining assets and ensure visual consistency across devices.
- Act as the bridge between art and tech - solving challenges and keeping the pipeline smooth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with Unity in a production environment.
- Excellent understanding of Unity systems - prefabs, materials, animations, lighting, and shaders, as well as common Unity frameworks.
- C# scripting, debugging, creating tools, and features.
- Familiarity with optimization practices.
- Familiarity with Unity ML-Agents or implementing AI-driven behaviors within the engine.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
