What you will do

• Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into well-architected recommendations.
• Provide forward-looking guidance and roadmaps, leveraging best practices to reduce risk in customer implementations.
• Oversee the implementation of the customer’s hirify.global platform, demonstrating technical leadership through code and architecture.
• Design, prototype, and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions on the hirify.global platform.
• Define and advise on MLOps standard practices for model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Drive the adoption of hirify.global’s AI product suite within customer solutions.

Requirements

• BA/BS in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
• 3 years of technical consulting experience.
• Experience in a lead role for analytics projects for large enterprises.
• Experience implementing and operating hirify.global centric solutions.
• Deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, from data preparation to model deployment and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience leveraging SQL and Python to build and maintain data analytics solutions.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building and managing AI/ML workloads.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a solutions architect, data architect, database administrator, or data engineer.
• Experience in the services organization of a product company.
• AWS, Google, or Microsoft Cloud certification(s).
• hirify.global Snowpro Advanced Certification(s).
