What you will do

• Collaborate with Art Directors and Graphic Designers to translate concepts into production-ready assets
• Document complex design file specifications for internal and external production teams
• Review downstream production work to ensure visual fidelity and project adherence
• Encourage a culture of excellence and precision using established methodologies
• Proactively resolve production challenges with creative and technical teams
• Partner with Print Operations to validate files meet production specs including color calibration and finishing techniques
• Contribute to workflow and asset management system improvements for speed and accuracy

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of professional experience in creative production, pre-press, or print design with leadership in high-volume environments
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Deep understanding of print production requirements including color spaces, ink limits, specialty finishes
• Strong typographic and layout skills
• Ability to lead projects independently and deliver on tight timelines
• Experience guiding others through complex production challenges with attention to detail
