What you will do

• Partner with People AI product lead to define use cases and run experimentation cycles.
• Architect and build agentic AI systems and multistep workflows for HR and TA use cases.
• Design prototypes and tools demonstrating practical AI applications across people operations.
• Integrate agents with internal data sources, knowledge stores, tools, and APIs.
• Establish standards for agent evaluation, safety, guardrails, and monitoring.
• Operate autonomously to drive initiatives from concept to scaled solutions.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person eligible to access export controlled information.
• 7+ years engineering experience in software, machine learning, or applied AI.
• Experience designing and implementing agentic systems and multistep AI workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks including LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI agents.
• Ability to integrate agents with ATS, HRIS, databases, and third-party APIs.
• Experience creating guardrails, monitoring, and safety evaluations for AI agents.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI copilots or internal automation tools for workforce productivity.
• Familiarity with workflow mapping, user research, and product discovery in AI contexts.
• Experience building lightweight prototyping infrastructure including APIs and dashboards.
• Knowledge of data privacy, governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience in high-growth technology or infrastructure companies.
