What you will do

  • Lead and manage a fully remote team of 10+ licensed Life Insurance Agents to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Coach, train, and mentor agents to improve individual and team performance.
  • Drive sales agent retention and loyalty through data-driven management and positive culture.
  • Lead teams effectively through change in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
  • Create and foster a dynamic, growth-oriented virtual team environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as billing, operations, finance, product, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of B2C inside sales leadership experience.
  • Minimum 4 years in telesales insurance industry in a management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and fast-paced change.
  • Strong coaching skills for complex sales processes involving multiple decision makers.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Must be located in the United States and eligible to work remotely within the US.
