What you will do
- Lead and manage a fully remote team of 10+ licensed Life Insurance Agents to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Coach, train, and mentor agents to improve individual and team performance.
- Drive sales agent retention and loyalty through data-driven management and positive culture.
- Lead teams effectively through change in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
- Create and foster a dynamic, growth-oriented virtual team environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as billing, operations, finance, product, and marketing.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of B2C inside sales leadership experience.
- Minimum 4 years in telesales insurance industry in a management role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and fast-paced change.
- Strong coaching skills for complex sales processes involving multiple decision makers.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
- Must be located in the United States and eligible to work remotely within the US.
