• Building and leading a team that delivers robust software.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with TypeScript in the back-end in scalable projects. Experience with PHP is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in coaching and team development.
• Leadership skills that foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
• Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex decisions.
• Problem-solving ability and familiarity with SOLID, TDD, and BDD principles.
• A keen eye for code quality and a natural preference for agile working.
