What you will do

• Lead a team of 6–7 Android and iOS developers combining leadership with hands-on development.
• Participate in coding, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Coach team members through continuous feedback and pair programming.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Designer, Analyst, and Customer Journey Specialist to align priorities.
• Maintain code quality through best practices and thorough code reviews.
• Improve team processes and productivity within Scrum framework.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development.
• Minimum 2 years experience in team coaching and leadership.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with knowledge of SOLID, TDD, and BDD.
• Experience with cloud and CI/CD tools such as AWS and TeamCity.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field.
• Location: Must be able to work in Rotterdam, Netherlands (hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with C#/.NET backend collaboration.
