What you will do
- Lead a team of 6–7 Android and iOS developers combining leadership with hands-on development.
- Participate in coding, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
- Coach team members through continuous feedback and pair programming.
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Designer, Analyst, and Customer Journey Specialist to align priorities.
- Maintain code quality through best practices and thorough code reviews.
- Improve team processes and productivity within Scrum framework.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development.
- Minimum 2 years experience in team coaching and leadership.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with knowledge of SOLID, TDD, and BDD.
- Experience with cloud and CI/CD tools such as AWS and TeamCity.
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field.
- Location: Must be able to work in Rotterdam, Netherlands (hybrid).
