What you will do

• Lead delivery and design of technology projects emphasizing visual excellence and branding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create journey maps, prototypes, design systems, and other experience design deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops and develop design strategies, contributing to portfolio-level strategic decisions.
• Apply research methods including usability testing and user research to inform design hypotheses.
• Use Figma and Prompt Engineering to create scalable digital products and component libraries.
• Communicate effectively with developers to ensure technical feasibility and high-fidelity implementation.

Requirements

• Must be located in Ecuador for remote work.
• Proficiency in Spanish (advanced) and English (upper-intermediate minimum).
• Expertise in visual interface design, branding, design systems, typography, and responsive layouts.
• Experience with Figma and applying Lean and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Ability to conduct and present research including usability testing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Prompt Engineering to optimize generative design workflows.
• Passion for contributing to design community and mentoring less-experienced designers.
• Willingness to travel internationally occasionally.
