Location: Remote within the United States only

Salary: $85,000–$130,000 base plus performance bonuses, OTE $150,000–$250,000+

What you will do

  • Identify and engage healthcare providers, TPAs, health plans, and employer benefit groups through multi-channel outreach to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing, driving new client acquisition and recurring revenue growth.
  • Develop and deliver proposals, contracts, and pricing models tailored to healthcare organizations.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with healthcare executives, benefits directors, and HR leaders.
  • Monitor healthcare industry trends and financial wellness innovations to position Fruition as a leading partner.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States and able to work remotely within this region.
  • 3–7 years of sales experience in healthcare, benefits, HR tech, or SaaS with proven B2B sales success.
  • Strong understanding of benefit plan economics and employer-sponsored wellness programs.
  • Consultative selling and presentation expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Established network in healthcare or benefits consulting preferred.
