What you will do

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence transactions for corporate clients, private equity groups, and lenders.
• Manage engagements throughout the transaction lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional and international teams.
• Serve as primary client contact, leading meetings and delivering reports on quality of earnings and business performance.
• Drive business development activities including proposals, account management, and thought leadership.
• Manage, train, and mentor staff, and participate in recruitment and performance assessments.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and billing utilization goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States with ability to work onsite in one of the specified office locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant consulting experience with national cross-industry clients.
• Industry recognized certification required (CPA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, SEC Reporting, and transaction advisory services.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
