What you will do

• Help design and build a natural-language HR Data Agent leveraging Snowflake, Copilot, and LLM-based components.
• Participate in discovery activities reviewing HR data sources and defining target questions.
• Assist in creating semantic views, agent workflows, and evaluation criteria.
• Implement and test AI agent functionality within Snowflake.
• Support user acceptance testing with HR partners.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to refine the solution.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States during the internship.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data modeling concepts.
• Interest in AI, LLMs, and natural language interfaces.
• Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in an iterative environment.
• Strong communication skills for translating business questions into data/AI requirements.
