Salary: $69,750–$93,000 annually

What you will do

  • Prospect and present consulting and staff augmentation programs to customers across North America.
  • Collaborate with sales and presales to identify and validate engagement opportunities.
  • Manage customer and consultant relationships, including escalations and delivery outcomes.
  • Lead recruitment processes including screening, interviewing, and onboarding consultants.
  • Drive achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Partner with account managers to identify staff augmentation opportunities and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada (Toronto or Oakville).
  • Minimum 5+ years recruiting experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in business development and account management within IT consulting or professional services.
  • Strong background recruiting for complex technical roles such as Solution Architects and Project Managers.
  • Experience presenting to C-Suite and leading service delivery to complex organizations.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments with strong business acumen.
