What you will do

• Build gameplay and interaction systems for web-based simulations
• Implement UI flows, feedback, and pacing to make scenarios engaging and intuitive
• Focus on feel and polish including timing, responsiveness, animation, and feedback
• Optimize performance and compatibility across browsers and devices
• Create reusable components and tools to accelerate development without sacrificing quality
• Contribute to technical direction, architecture, and best practices
• Explore and apply AI tools to speed up iteration and improve quality

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher
• Professional game development experience or strong portfolio of shipped projects
• Solid experience with modern web technologies for browsers and multiple devices
• Fullstack mindset with ability to reason about the whole system
• Collaborative approach with focus on quality and delivery

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, React, and/or Svelte
• Experience with Rust or Bevy
