What you will do

• Implement end-to-end game UX focusing on player delight and business strategy.
• Craft comprehensive user flows and complex game navigation systems.
• Translate data and playtest observations into actionable design iterations.
• Design and deliver high-fidelity prototypes with advanced Figma features and animations.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance design workflows.
• Analyze competitor games and market trends and collaborate across functions.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
• 3+ years of UX/Product design experience, preferably in gaming or media.
• Expert-level Figma skills including components, auto-layout, and variables.
• Strong motion and prototyping skills focused on micro-interactions and timing.
• Analytical and strategic thinking for retention and engagement design.
• Location: Ljubljana, Slovenia with employment relationship within hirify.global group considering candidate location.
