What you will do

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for English-speaking markets
  • Analyze niche markets and competitors to identify growth opportunities
  • Generate and test hypotheses to increase traffic and improve conversion rates
  • Manage content production, set deadlines, and ensure quality delivery
  • Oversee and optimize link-building processes
  • Prepare plans and reports and participate in weekly sprints

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SEO experience including 2+ years in English-language markets
  • Proven success in growing organic traffic and ranking in top 3 Google results
  • Understanding of SEO for large-scale websites with templated pages
  • Experience in product or service companies or full-cycle projects at digital agencies
  • Ability to set up workflows and manage projects independently
  • Strong skills in hypothesis generation, decision justification, and presenting results
