What you will do

• Lead a team of 6 frontend developers, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews.
• Manage development processes and improve CI/CD pipelines with DevOps support.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize the speed of front-end applications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure the reliability of front-end services.
• Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver a high-quality product.
• Develop and maintain front-end services for the website and internal tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading a front-end team.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js 3, and TypeScript.
• Proven debugging skills on both client- and server-side.
• Solid understanding of SSR and experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with build tools like Webpack, Vite, and monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and Sentry.
• Experience writing unit tests with frameworks like Jest or similar.
