What you will do

• Set priorities, plan work, and support team growth as a people manager
• Ensure infrastructure stability, availability, and security
• Build and standardize CI/CD pipelines for web, desktop, and mobile products
• Design and maintain infrastructure using Kubernetes, IaC, clouds, and on-prem solutions
• Improve reliability, performance, and security of services and set up monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Participate in architecture discussions, analyze incidents, and advise development teams

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI, Jenkins, and werf
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack
• Experience building monitoring and alerting systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Sentry
• Good understanding of reliability, scalability, and security principles
• Experience collaborating with developers and business stakeholders
• English proficiency at least B2 level

Nice to have

• Experience with DevSecOps tools and practices
• Understanding of FinOps
• Experience transforming infrastructure or scaling engineering teams
