DevOps Team Lead

What you will do

• Lead the Infrastructure team, set priorities, plan work, and support professional growth.
• Ensure infrastructure stability, availability, scalability, and security.
• Build and standardize CI/CD pipelines for web, desktop, and mobile products.
• Design and maintain Kubernetes-based infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments using infrastructure as code.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting practices and improve service performance and reliability.
• Participate in architecture decisions, incident analysis, root-cause analysis, and DevOps standards development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or werf.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Practical experience with Terraform, Ansible, or SaltStack.
• Experience building monitoring and alerting systems with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or Sentry.
• Good understanding of reliability, scalability, and security principles, with experience collaborating with developers and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevSecOps tools and practices.
• Understanding of FinOps.
• Experience transforming infrastructure or scaling engineering teams.
