What you will do
- Conduct daily readiness checks and troubleshoot video endpoints such as Zoom Rooms, Cisco, Poly, and Logitech.
- Support voice services and contact center platforms including Zoom Phone, AWS Contact Center, and Dialpad.
- Collaborate with global Voice, Video, Network, and Security teams to maintain secure and reliable systems.
- Maintain documentation, room configurations, and AV inventory following ITIL processes.
- Provide on-site support for executive meetings and participate in rotational on-call support.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or near St. John's, Canada.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years supporting video conferencing, voice platforms, or contact center technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with AV equipment and cloud communication platforms.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and tools for monitoring call quality and room analytics.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
Nice to have
- Certifications in unified communications, AV systems, or contact center technologies.
- Experience with network concepts like QoS, VLANs, and PoE related to voice and video quality.
- Background working with global teams across multiple time zones.
