What you will do

• Act as the data representative on assigned projects, clarifying scope and data dependencies.
• Translate business needs into actionable data requirements and provide regular updates on milestones.
• Analyze project data to identify quality and integrity issues and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business SMEs and technical teams to coordinate corrections and improve workflows.
• Monitor data quality metrics, identify trends, and follow governance practices for data updates.
• Prepare clear summaries and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be located in Dallas, United States or Montreal, Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with data in business or operational contexts and proficiency in SQL and Python preferred.
• Strong communication skills including clear email communication and ability to engage stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data storytelling principles.

Nice to have

• Experience in project delivery and data-focused initiatives.
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Azure platform.
