What you will do

• Conceptualize and develop proposals and respond to RFP/RFI/RFQs in pharmaceutical commercial analytics.
• Support business development by communicating value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Create impactful presentations and materials to enable sales activities.
• Collaborate with sales, account management, and delivery teams to pitch new solutions.
• Ensure smooth handover of projects from sales to delivery teams with proper documentation.
• Proactively identify opportunities to pitch or cross-sell solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Must be based in India with 4+ years experience in pharmaceutical services industry.
• Good knowledge of pharma industry, commercial and advanced analytics, and market dynamics.
• Experience working with pharma clients in US/EU with cross-therapy and cross-brand exposure.
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and interact with senior stakeholders independently.

• Ability to forge partnerships and leverage networks to deliver solutions.
• Experience proposing operating models and working through RFP/RFI/RFQ processes.
• Ability to work through complexity and ambiguity.
