What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to software engineers across multiple squads.
• Champion adoption of engineering standards, reusable components, and technical roadmaps.
• Lead software design, coding, reviews, testing, and debugging activities.
• Drive software engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering managers and architects on technology selection and alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom with ability to work in a hybrid model.
• Significant experience in senior or leadership roles delivering software solutions in agile, lean, DevSecOps environments.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks including TypeScript, React, NodeJS, Nest.js, and AWS.
• Experience building and managing complex software architectures across multi-cloud environments.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience delivering software with built-in security, reliability, scalability, and high availability.
