What you will do
- Act as main contact for customers throughout service lifecycle from installation to support
- Manage onboarding and service review cycles for large customers
- Build reporting capabilities and monitor customer satisfaction
- Plan and coordinate customer-facing projects ensuring timely delivery and compliance
- Align internal teams and maintain project documentation
- Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or disruptions
Requirements
- Location: Based in or near Amsterdam, Netherlands with hybrid work
- At least 3 years of related experience
- Good understanding of IT services and IP networks
- Excellent English communication skills
- Project/Service Management qualifications (Prince/ITIL) are a major advantage
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
