What you will do

• Manage consolidation and harmonization of CAPEX plans across network functions and optimize OPEX with Finance.
• Support prioritization of network plans aligned with budget constraints and oversee submission of consolidated plans and KPIs to Finance.
• Oversee NSE budget planning from NEP to execution, ensuring inclusion of budgets and capturing cross-domain dependencies.
• Support in-year budget tracking, re-prioritization, and alignment with hirify.global's strategy focusing on cost reduction and ROCE improvement.
• Manage Finance support during plan submissions and ad-hoc cost analysis or audits.
• Ensure alignment with local markets, manage demand forecasts, delivery, and assist in network plan alignment.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Greece or able to work hybrid with option to work from abroad
• More than 3 years of experience in network planning or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong financial acumen and proven planning experience under pressure.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and English language skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting capabilities.
