What you will do

• Lead design, development, and maintenance of cloud-based orchestration platform for genomics data pipelines.
• Coordinate and lead technical activities across multiple departments and external partners.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Burlington, MA, USA (Hybrid work).
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or related field with 10+ years software development experience.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and system integration.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, especially Python and Java.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL queries.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
