What you will do

  • Lead analysis initiatives to boost long-term game performance of Brawl Stars.
  • Enhance experimentation capabilities using statistical methods including causal inference, econometrics, Bayesian modeling, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with Game Design, LiveOps, and Monetization teams to provide actionable insights.
  • Promote a hypothesis-driven insights culture to strengthen decision-making.
  • Mentor team members to improve technical and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Helsinki, Finland.
  • 5+ years experience in data science or analytics in gaming or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of experimental design and statistical methods.
  • Proficiency in R, Python, Julia, SQL, and familiarity with data engineering tools like dbt, Spark, Databricks.
  • Good communication skills for explaining complex topics.
