What you will do

• Revise and establish advanced operations processes
• Mentor product analytics team and assist with talent acquisition
• Build new analytics and reporting capabilities for product evaluation
• Scope data requests, synthesize insights, and recommend solutions collaboratively
• Work with product leaders to enable market-facing solutions using data insights
• Establish A/B testing processes across product teams

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland or able to work hybrid in Warsaw
• Experience leading projects and mentoring data analysts
• Strong collaboration and creative problem-solving skills
• SQL and Python experience required
• Experience with large disconnected datasets
• Background in fintech, finance, or trading

• Experience in machine learning, deep learning, search, data science, or computer vision
