What you will do

• Own the commercial track in select new product development projects for the headset category.
• Assess market attractiveness and customer needs, translating them into clear commercial requirements.
• Build business cases, pricing, go-to-market proposals, and financial projections.
• Represent commercial perspective in cross-functional project teams from scoping to launch.
• Manage lifecycle and portfolio of in-market headset products, recommending changes to improve performance and reduce complexity.
• Monitor product performance and execute initiatives to enhance profitability and streamline operations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Denmark
• Minimum 5 years experience in commercial excellence, business management, product management, sales excellence, or management consulting.
• Strategic mindset with ability to connect market trends to commercial requirements.
• Strong skills in business case development, financial analysis, and data-driven decision making.
• Team player with stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
