What you will do
- Own the commercial track in select new product development projects for the headset category.
- Assess market attractiveness and customer needs, translating them into clear commercial requirements.
- Build business cases, pricing, go-to-market proposals, and financial projections.
- Represent commercial perspective in cross-functional project teams from scoping to launch.
- Manage lifecycle and portfolio of in-market headset products, recommending changes to improve performance and reduce complexity.
- Monitor product performance and execute initiatives to enhance profitability and streamline operations.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Denmark
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial excellence, business management, product management, sales excellence, or management consulting.
- Strategic mindset with ability to connect market trends to commercial requirements.
- Strong skills in business case development, financial analysis, and data-driven decision making.
- Team player with stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
