What you will do

• Contribute to managing ongoing projects ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Coordinate efforts between different teams for smooth project execution.
• Assist in planning and coordinating rollout of new operational processes and training teams.
• Document processes and create guides and user manuals.
• Participate in evaluating and improving existing processes and tools, including automation solutions.
• Monitor industry news and conduct benchmarks related to creators’ strategies and market trends.

Requirements

• You must be a student with first experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or project management.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong coordination, project management, communication skills, and diplomacy.
• Advanced user of MS Office or OpenOffice.
• Location requirement: onsite in Paris, France.
