Salary: €6,300–€9,300 gross monthly (Vilnius and Lithuania locations); PLN24,900–PLN36,600 gross monthly (Poland and Krakow locations)

What you will do

• Build AI voice products such as voice assistants, AI-powered call center agents, and AI-driven outbound sales agents
• Develop real-time, user-facing features powered by LLMs and deep learning models
• Deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions supporting millions of customers
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams to integrate advanced AI
• Experiment and iterate on advanced voice and NLP systems

Requirements

• Production experience in deep learning within natural language processing and voice technologies
• Bachelor's degree in STEM (mathematics, computer science, engineering)
• Excellent knowledge of data science tools including Python and SQL
• Strong understanding of probability and statistics fundamentals
• Ability to diagnose problems and productionize research with big-picture thinking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Remote work limited to specified European countries

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline
• Experience with additional programming languages such as Java, Scala, C++
• Experience at a large tech company valued over $15B
• School/university Olympiad medals in physics, maths, economics, or programming
