What you will do

• Enhance and create advanced PowerPoint presentations with complex edits and creative layouts within brand guidelines.
• Perform basic formatting and clean-up of existing slides to improve legibility and consistency.
• Maintain high quality standards by proofing work for errors and adherence to client requirements.
• Manage projects independently or in teams, working directly with C-Suite stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure delivery quality.
• Communicate proactively about risks and time management to meet deadlines and brand standards.
• Support additional client creative requests such as print assets, vector editing, infographics, and interactive PDFs.

Requirements

• Must be located in San Jose, Costa Rica and work onsite.
• Minimum 5 years of executive presentation design experience or similar role.
• English fluency at C1 level or above in written and verbal communication.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint; medium to high skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• High computer literacy, preferably Mac OS.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and ability to multitask under pressure.
