What you will do

• Implement features and enhancements within the Vault work stream focusing on security and scalability.
• Lead design discussions and provide technical input to shape engineering solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices.
• Collaborate with cross-geography teams to ensure alignment and integration of features.
• Participate in debugging, performance optimization, and incident analysis.
• Maintain documentation, test coverage, and observability for owned components.

Requirements

• Must have the ability to work without visa sponsorship.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Rust, Java, or Python.
• Strong understanding of APIs, system design fundamentals, and secure coding practices.
• Experience or interest in AI-assisted development tools and identity/security engineering.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and communicate effectively with global teams.
• English proficiency at least B2 level is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang and AI agent orchestration or LLM-driven workflows.
• Exposure to policy-as-code frameworks or dynamic rules evaluation systems.
