What you will do
- Responsible for attracting new users through paid-acquisition channels and achieving target business metrics (marketing budgets, CAC/ROAS, GP/ROI).
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize advertising campaigns to improve unit economics.
- Analyze performance results, find patterns and form insights for the following iterations.
- Prioritize and test hypotheses (audiences, creatives, funnels).
- Interact with creative marketing, marketing and product funnels, analytics and product teams to improve results.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads / TikTok Ads or other paid channels.
- Successful experience managing advertising budgets from $300k/monthly.
- Ability to work with analytical tools (Tableau / Amplitude or similar).
- Ability to analyze indicators (CPM, CTR, CPA/CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV), make data-driven decisions, find cause-and-effect relationships, generate new hypotheses.
- English level — Upper-Intermediate+

- Experience with subscription business models, as well as lifestyle, or content-heavy businesses.
- Participation in launching new directions and scaling audiences.
- Experience working with other channels like Applovin, Snapchat, Pinterest etc.
- Experience mentoring or managing a team.
