What you will do
- Receive and log user requests, incidents, and questions via multiple channels.
- Provide technical support by investigating issues and identifying solutions.
- Keep end users informed about request status and progress.
- Participate in meetings with Commission staff, including coaching and training activities.
- Contribute to improving documentation and user manuals for training and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Higher education or equivalent professional experience.
- First successful experience in user support.
- Excellent knowledge of English and basic knowledge of French.
- Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proactive problem-solving approach with strong stress resilience.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment with strong team spirit.
- ITIL Foundation certification is an asset.
