Group Information Security Officer

What you will do

• Own and continuously evolve the group-wide information security strategy, policies, and standards.
• Act as the single point of accountability for cloud, application, infrastructure, and data security.
• Lead risk assessments, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and maintain security risk register.
• Manage security incident response including detection, escalation, and post-incident reviews.
• Support compliance and regulatory projects such as ISO 27001/2, GDPR, and NIS2.
• Drive security awareness and training across the organization and collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Legal, and Operations teams.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model with office presence in Amsterdam, Netherlands
• Degree in computer science or related field and professional information security certification.
• More than 5 years of experience in information security management including risk assessments and incident management.
• Solid understanding of information security laws, regulations, and standards (NIS2, ISO27001/2, GDPR).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
