What you will do
- Research AI Support tools to improve day-to-day work.
- Create and test AI Support agents to streamline operations.
- Document recurring technical issues and help build a structured knowledge base.
- Assist with troubleshooting software and network-related problems.
- Collaborate to analyze support ticket trends and recommend process improvements.
- Test system updates and communicate findings to minimize disruption.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or macOS).
- Familiarity with common business software (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to document processes in an organized and detailed manner.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams.
