What you will do

• Identify gaps and organize documentation for scalability
• Establish best practices for the technical writing team
• Manage and support a team of technical writers
• Collaborate on content strategy across various content types including blogs and video
• Develop clear, opinionated documentation to help users succeed with products
• Promote transparent project management and balance workloads within the team

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada and work EST time zone
• Experience leading and writing developer documentation in fast-paced environments
• Experience managing remote teams across global time zones
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with engineering and stakeholders
• Familiarity with docs-as-code, Markdown, Git, GitHub, and project management tools
• Experience with open source communities and technical writing discipline advocacy
