Fullstack Software Engineer (Real Estate AI): Develop and scale core product features across frontend and backend systems with an accent on building elegant, high-impact solutions that integrate AI for real estate decarbonization. Focus on owning the full development lifecycle, collaborating on architecture, and delivering production-ready implementations in a fast-paced startup environment.
Location: Zurich, Switzerland. Swiss or EU citizenship required, no support for non-EU candidates.

What you will do
- Shape and scale meaningful parts of the core product with strong product intuition.
- Build frontend and backend prototypes to validate design concepts.
- Develop reactive user interfaces leveraging data and AI models.
- Own the full development lifecycle from specification to implementation.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams on architecture and code reviews.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in application design, building, and maintenance.
- Strong programming skills in Typescript and Python.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, Docker) and databases (MongoDB).
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality scalable products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Swiss or EU citizenship required, no support for non-EU candidates.
