What you will do

• Shape and scale meaningful parts of the core product with strong product intuition.
• Build frontend and backend prototypes to validate design concepts.
• Develop reactive user interfaces leveraging data and AI models.
• Own the full development lifecycle from specification to implementation.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams on architecture and code reviews.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in application design, building, and maintenance.
• Strong programming skills in Typescript and Python.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, Docker) and databases (MongoDB).
• Proven track record of shipping high-quality scalable products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Swiss or EU citizenship required, no support for non-EU candidates.
