Senior UX Designer

What you will do

• Lead user research and usability evaluation across digital and offline experiences
• Design and prototype interactions, workflows, and interfaces aligned with user and organizational needs
• Refine designs using user-centered feedback and communicate outcomes to development teams
• Plan and drive user research activities and contribute to organizational research standards
• Establish and promote UX design standards and UI guidelines across products
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure usability and accessibility requirements are met

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 4–6 years of UI/UX design experience for interactive media, software, web, or mobile applications
• 2+ years experience in clinical, regulated, or similar industry
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise and knowledge of usability principles
• Based in or able to work from Hungary (hybrid environment)
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
