What you will do
- Improve and evolve the analytics platform used by global brands.
- Design, develop, debug, and maintain backend microservices and APIs.
- Prototype and experiment with AI-driven features to prepare the platform for the AI era.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver solutions.
- Plan and execute development initiatives independently and contribute to the technical roadmap.
- Present technical proposals and architectural decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work from offices in Prague, Brno, or Pilsen, Czech Republic
- Senior-level fullstack experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Interest and experience in AI technologies and their practical application in software development.
