What you will do

• Design short, high-impact videos for social media platforms like Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Adapt video creatives for diverse global markets ensuring cultural relevance and localization.
• Collaborate with the Localization Marketing team to maintain brand identity while maximizing local impact.
• Analyze localized ad performance to identify effective cultural tweaks and improve ROI.
• Use AI tools daily for video generation, enhancement, dubbing, lip-syncing, and localized asset creation.
• Experiment with new AI tools and creative technologies to improve production efficiency and creativity.

Requirements

• Must have 1+ year experience in motion design or video production focused on global/localized campaigns.
• Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro with efficient project structuring for rapid localization.
• Strong understanding of typography and layout across multiple languages for readability and aesthetics.
• Experience with AI tools for creative production and localization workflows.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and ability to create clear marketing visuals.
• Good self-organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.

• Experience spotting emerging content formats and cultural signals.
• Experience with AI lip-sync and dubbing tools.
• Data-informed approach to creative iteration and performance metrics.
• Experience in fitness and wellness product ideation.
