What you will do

  • Own and grow assigned territory across ANZ and select ASEAN markets with strategic planning to exceed quota.
  • Drive 100% outbound-led growth through cold calling, personalized outreach, and partner collaboration.
  • Manage full sales cycle from discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, Customer Success, and channel partners to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene in Salesforce and track pipeline progression.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and pipeline targets.

Requirements

  • Must have 3-8 years of SaaS sales experience with at least 2 years selling into ANZ and/or ASEAN markets.
  • Proven success in outbound-led, full-cycle sales environments.
  • Strong command of cold calling, discovery, consultative selling, and familiarity with BANT and MEDDPICC frameworks.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working onsite aligned to ANZ hours (4:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST).
