What you will do
- Engage proactively with customers based on segment engagement models.
- Understand and document customer business flows and use-cases.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and provide tailored product demos and solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Evaluate customer product investment efficiency and promote new product innovations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and run data-driven engagement programs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant customer-facing experience, mainly in customer success or retention.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Self-starter with ownership of customer success for various client sizes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business Education preferred.
