Senior Business Development Manager (Outbound ANZ): Responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities and building a sales pipeline focused on the ANZ market with an accent on outbound prospecting and research. Focus on initiating conversations with high-profile prospects, creative campaign development, and effective pipeline management.
Location: Must be based in Bangalore, India and willing to work onsite 5 days a week

What you will do
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through rigorous outbound prospecting and research in the assigned ANZ market.
- Build and maintain an effective sales pipeline by researching assigned accounts.
- Initiate conversations and pitch products to high-profile company personas.
- Create creative email campaigns to attract prospects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage CRM updates meticulously.
Requirements
- Must be willing to work onsite in Bangalore 5 days a week.
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience in business development or sales.
- Clear and effective written and oral communication skills.
- Empathy towards customers and ability to understand their needs.
- Experience in cold calling and sales metrics understanding.
- Ability to do PowerPoint presentations and explain product capabilities.
