What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles from intake to offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and priorities.
• Proactively source and engage diverse tech talent using creative and inclusive approaches.
• Screen candidates and support them throughout the interview journey.
• Use data and market insights to improve hiring strategies continuously.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English; Romanian language skills are a strong advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting technical profiles such as Software Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Program Managers, and IT Specialists.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and in-house recruitment in international or multicultural environments.
• Location requirement: Based in or able to work in Bucharest with hiring focus across EMEA countries.
• Strong communication, relationship-building skills, and a data-driven, proactive mindset.
