What you will do
- Own SMB sales quota by driving opportunity creation and deal closure through partners and MSPs.
- Manage full partner-focused sales process including prospecting, recruitment, and enablement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with distribution and business development teams to target and support strategic partners.
- Maintain sales excellence in forecasting, pipeline development, and CRM management.
- Execute go-to-market strategies to identify pipeline gains and recruit channel partners.
- Stay informed about hirify.global products and competitive landscape in cybersecurity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in cold calling greenfield accounts, preferably in Tech, SaaS, or Security.
- Italian language proficiency required.
- Must be located onsite in Barcelona, Spain.
- Strong presentation skills for in-person and virtual engagements.
- Passion for cybersecurity and willingness to learn new sales methodologies.
