What you will do

• Design and develop scalable fullstack solutions using Java and React
• Own features end-to-end from implementation to production support
• Collaborate with US-based engineers, product managers, and business partners
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
• Participate in on-call rotation and support critical systems

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico
• Senior-level experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong JavaScript and React skills
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Advanced SQL and performance tuning skills
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Experience with production systems and on-call support
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
