Video Maker (Screencaster) (Fintech) (AI/Automation): Creating instructional screencasts and training videos for software products from scripting and screen recording through editing, localization, subtitling, and publication with an accent on clear explanations, production quality, and repeatable workflows. Focus on building AI- and script-assisted production pipelines, automating transcription, translation, audio cleanup, asset rendering, and standardized quality control.
Location: Limassol, Cyprus; office-based. Candidates must reside in Cyprus, and applications from other countries will not be considered.

What you will do
- Record screencasts and instructional videos explaining product features, setup procedures, and new releases.
- Prepare video structures, scripts, demonstrations, timing, and calls to action.
- Capture desktop, web, and mobile scenarios using emulators or screen-capture tools when needed.
- Edit videos with clean cuts, zooms, highlights, callouts, titles, intros, and chapters.
- Produce subtitles, localized versions, and alternative formats or lengths.
- Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to verify terminology and incorporate feedback.
Requirements
- Permanent office-based work in Cyprus is required.
- Experience creating educational videos or screencasts, with a portfolio of relevant work.
- Confident use of a professional video-editing tool such as Premiere, DaVinci, Final Cut, After Effects, Camtasia, or ScreenFlow.
- Ability to create clean, readable screencasts with appropriate interface scaling, cursor movement, display speed, and sound quality.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly, concisely, and logically.
- Advanced English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI automation using LLMs, transcription, subtitles, translation, templates, or scripts.
- Fintech or trading experience and familiarity with industry terminology.
- Motion design skills for interface animations and splash screens.
- YouTube publishing experience, including chapters, previews, design, and basic retention analytics.
- Automation with Python, JavaScript, FFmpeg, SRT/VTT subtitle generation, or mass-export templates.
