Location: Hybrid work in Frankfurt or Berlin, Germany with flexible hybrid setup and limited remote work abroad (up to two weeks per year).

What you will do

• Own product accuracy end-to-end across stills and motion from CAD intake to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with AI Department to drive new approaches.
• Build and maintain high-quality assets with clean versioning.
• Create physically plausible shaders and materials focusing on paint, plastics, metals, glass, textiles, and leather.
• Set up lighting and render scenarios matching brand standards and real-world behavior.
• Develop QA checklists and troubleshoot production issues promptly.

Requirements

• Location: Based in or near Frankfurt or Berlin, Germany.
• 4–8+ years experience in CGI/3D product visualization, preferably automotive or regulated products.
• Strong CAD-to-DCC workflow knowledge and proficiency with 3ds Max, Maya, C4D, Blender, V-Ray, Arnold, Redshift, Substance.
• Fluent English required; German or other European languages are a plus.
• Portfolio demonstrating product accuracy and technical skill.

Nice to have

• Experience with real-time workflows (Unreal), ACES/OCIO color management, Python/Maxscript automation, photogrammetry, and render farms.
