What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing technical teams fostering collaboration and engineering excellence.
• Contribute hands-on to coding, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Serve as technical advocate ensuring quality, architecture alignment, and evolutionary releases.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction and understanding business needs.
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and management.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid or full remote from Madrid, Spain
• At least 3 years of project management experience in IT and 2 years technical experience as tech lead, senior developer, or architect.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Scrum, SAFE), cloud technologies, and DevOps.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with ability to present technical info to non-technical audiences.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) minimum
• Customer-centric approach with experience in US outsource projects welcomed.
