What you will do

• Lead and mentor technical teams while fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Contribute hands-on to coding, technical design decisions, and rigorous code reviews.
• Advocate for engineering best practices, including CI/CD and evolutionary release strategies (MVP, Alpha/Beta).
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with international clients.
• Report on project progress, technical health, and risks to stakeholders and internal management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in IT.
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience in a senior developer, architect, or tech lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Azure, .Net, and Angular.
• Solid understanding of Scrum, SAFE, and modern DevOps practices.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) minimum.
• Proven ability to bridge complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
